Delivery

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Germany and to all countries within the European Union (EU). Deliveries to countries outside the EU are available upon request – in such cases, terms and shipping costs will be calculated individually.

2. Processing & Dispatch

We value your time. Therefore, the processing and dispatch of your order take place within 2 business days after receipt of order and payment. Please note that processing and dispatch only occur on business days (Monday to Friday). Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery Times

• Germany: 5–6 business days.

• Other EU countries: up to 10 business days.

4. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via DHL. Once we have handed over your package to the shipping provider, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time on the official DHL website.

5. Shipping Costs

• Germany: Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €14.00 per order.

• Other EU countries: Shipping costs will be calculated individually after your order is received and communicated to you via a separate email.

6. Customs and Taxes

• For buyers within the EU: No additional import duties or taxes apply.

• Transparency: All goods have already been cleared for customs upon import. You do not need to worry about customs clearance or any additional costs upon delivery.

7. Shipping Damage & Guarantees

We place the highest priority on extra-secure packaging for our glassware and porcelain items. Nevertheless, tableware remains a fragile commodity.

• Your Protection: All our shipments are fully insured. Should an item arrive damaged, we guarantee a free replacement delivery or a full refund of the purchase price.

• Procedure: Please inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If you discover any breakage, please take photos of the damaged goods and the packaging, and contact us within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue for you promptly.

8. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reasons.

• Conditions: Only items in new condition with no signs of use and in their original protective packaging will be accepted for return.
