How do I return an item? If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to us within 14 days.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Notification: Please inform us in advance about your return by email at shop@porzellanhausonline.de.

2. Secure Packaging: As porcelain is very fragile, please ideally pack the goods in the original box and ensure there is sufficient cushioning material to prevent damage during transit.

3. Shipping: Send the package to: Viktor Korol Kirchgasse 2, 53489 Sinzig (Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs).

4. Tracking Number: After shipping, please provide us with the tracking number. This allows us to monitor the arrival of your return and speed up the refund process.

5. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will promptly refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
